hey guys, i parked on the quay next to superdrug the its called the Strand? in falmouth back in decemeber, I recently through my employer had a demand for £100!

First of all, there were no signs that i saw visible that day, and i had been parking in the same spot for 20 mins every monday for 2.5 years and never got a ticket, upon return i have seen there are signs but at a height and angle you couldnt see them from approach to the quay!

I have so far ignored the demands, but am being badgered by my employer! Also Armtrac are threatening "debt collectors"

what do you suggest? I cant afford £100 today, if i leave it to debt collectors would they agree a payment plan say over 2-3 months or just ignore it all?

Your boss needs to write back to the PPC naming you as the day-to-day keeper. They will then send a letter to you - or they should do.

Once you get the NtK (Notice to Keeper) letter, don't forget to come back here and ask for more advice!

Did you see my comment where you first posted on another thread? STOP thinking about payment plans, this is not a debt. Either you or your firm need to name you as the keeper of the car at that time (name and address). Then you can ignore Armtrac or come back if you want to word a strong 'put up or shut up' response to try to get them to cancel it.

Armtrac have cancelled a fake PCN before when someone sent a couple of strongly worded and well-argued letters (on pepipoo I think). You should search on both forums and read other Armtrac threads as they do sometimes try a small claim so I think you might be best responding strongly and hooking them in your direction instead of the company.
