Marbles charged me interest on my PPI claime

Early this year I applied for a PPI reclaim from Marbles, which they accepted and made me an offer which I accepted.
I few weeks later and I received a cheque, all was well with the world. That was until today when I was checking on-line banking and noticed that Marbles were due to take a payment tomorrow.
When calling them up it appears that they refunded the PPI to my account and then debited my account with the amount of the PPI refund. For this they have charged me interest, they have agreed that they shouldn't have done and will sort it out.
However I thought it would be a good warning to people to keep an eye out if you have a refund from Marbles.

With CC redress, they put the redress on the card, if it is still open and then raise a cheque to you, they then take the redress back off the card, did you use the card when the redress went on? if you did that is what the interest is for, they do give you this back when the card is brought up to date.0
