Payment to get Data re PPI

Hi,

I have written to all my creditors asking if I have ( or had ) PPI. Santander have come back and said yes but to get any further data I will need to pay a £10 fee under the DPA.

Surely I don't need to pay this just to reclaim a mis-sold PPI agreement ?

    Well put your complaint in then with your allegations of what they did wrong. You do not require any documentation from them to complain.
