Moved from support group to wrag

This hasn't happened yet, my assessment isn't for a few weeks.

I've been in the support group since March 2012, but if I get placed in the wrag this time (don't see why I would be) and have to appeal, what rate would I receive?

I currently get £243.30 every 2 weeks ESA plus DLA (high mobility) and (low care).

Thanks.

And their EDP of £30.30 as well. So the ESA would be £233.30 every 2 weeks.

I have my medical tomorrow. What type of questions do they ask, is it basically the questions on the form but in a different order?

I didn't have one when I was first switched from IB to ESA. I was just put in the support group, so I don't know what to expect, what type of questions, how long it lasts etc etc.

Well I didn't have a medical. When I arrived I was told they were running very late. Sat there for about 45 mins after my appointment time and then the nurse came out to see me. Was told that they have all the info they needed and that I shouldn't have even been called for an assessment. I was told I could leave the decision up to them cos they had plenty of evidence or I could sit and wait for another 2hrs.

They were very nice about it and apologetic, should I take this to mean they will leave me in the support group and how long will it take for a decision?

Not enough information given... for clarification it was not clear from the way you wrote the OP whether the total figure given was just for ESA or was ESA plus DLA.

Do you have a partner, ?
What is your current rate of ESA ?
Is it ESA IR or ESA C?

But the simple answer is you will get ESA WRAG rate plus whatever DLA you curently get.

My query about the rate has already been answered, but thanks anyway.

Can anyone answer my questions from today regarding not having the medical?
