See here: http://www.uswitch.com/gas-electricity/guides/who-supplies-my-electricity-and-gas/
Get the phone number for the distributor for your area, then ring to find out who is officially your supplier. Based on this info chase either Ovo or EDF to sort out their billing.
Have you actually rung EDF about this, or just ignored it till now? Is the bill actually increasing because of metered electric, or because of fees being added to it?0 -
If you are currently with OVO and their bill is not in dispute, then it's EDF you need to speak to.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Have you tried calling the suppliers involved?
Why have you been letting this go for a year? You have a bill, probably four, that are showing as unpaid and overdue. You probably will have had your credit history trashed too...0 -
you dont have economy 7 do you? as these can have x2 mpansDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
