Wonder if this happened to anyone else?
I have a 2 month old credit card that I have been happily using everywhere until last monday.
Come monday I couldnt use it in tesco superstore - fine, used another card. Had used the card elsewhere literally 10 mins before elsewhere.
Tuesday, different petrol station, tescos one, again my card didnt work. Used elsewhere later, fine and ordered something from tescos website with it, again fine.
Just tried to use it in a diferent tescos metro in town centre but this time saw the message 'no chip detected'.
Have rung CC people and no blocks etc. Say 'could it be the strip?' replied that used everywhere else fine ( even tescos a week ago! ) I want to keep using this card in tescos as Im getting mega points but.....
Only found one ref to this on the web but no further answers...exact same thing though.
Err.....any ideas?

Why don't you just report the card as damaged or lost so you can get a new one?0

CC company are going to send me a new card. Thats not the problem
It that its ONLY tescos readers that refuse it, and thats 3 different branches.
Everywhere else - no issues what so ever 0 -
