Cheap strong bin liners

Hi All

Does anyone know where you can get 30 bin liners cheap but strong.

Have come across place where you can get a 100 cheapish but unless I take to wearing them as clothes that's way too much.

I get mine from Lidl, think they are in a pack of 20, they usually work out at about 10p each for decent ones wherever you get them.

Aldi sell a roll for around £1.60ish. Depending what you need them for, they should be ok. We had lots of stuff to fling due to mice and we rammed the bags full of all sorts and they stood up to it. Otherwise, rubble sacks for garden waste are £3 for 10 from B&Q but can be reused.

Cool but No Aldi around here - May have to go Ebay. Haven't come across that price online.

I was going to recommend Aldi - their bags are quite strong for the price. the only other bags I use are from the corner shop - Happy Shopper ones. about the same price I think (tho its ages since I bought any).

Tesco 20 for 2.50 are really strong tie handles - I know not necessarily cheap but...

Waitrose seem to have a constant three for two on bin bags. Honestly can't remember how much they are but they're the best.

Can I ask where you find the 100 from? I'd quite happily have that many in stock! I think OH must have taken to wearing them while I'm at work based on the rate that we get through them!

prices2beat1 on ebay - 100 for 6.90 makes them 6.9p each. Wish there was a way of combining with someone locally to buy them. No handles .

Shame all this plastic stuff around when there are biodegradable ones.

Tesco have the strong gardeners bags in the sale at the moment - they're not with the other bags but in the seasonal aisle with gardening tools & bbqs etc.
Didn't see the price but someone next to me was buying several packs & I'm sure i heard her tell her companion that they were half-price.
