I'd reply by e-mail asking for asking for a cashier cheque. You'd have to give an address but no need for bank details or suchlike. Then I'd constantly follow up asking why I'd still not received it.0

If you're going to reply by email, don't use your real address. Set up a throwaway account at yahoo or google or whatever and reply from there.
Otherwise you'll just get added to the "sucker list" and get more spam.0
