Barclaycard PPI complaints contact

Hi,
I have an upheld complaint which is waiting for BC to pay out. The 28 days from receipt of my acceptance (which they have confirmed)was up last Friday, despite a number of phone calls to them it's still dragging on even though now promised 3 times it would paid "today"

Anyone got high level complaints contact details?

Thanks

saying that Barclays are going to make me an offer and they still haven't - last one was dated June 3rd - rang the ombudsman and they said that Barclays had at least 8 weeks to respond
    Titch :)

Chasing it doesn't actually do much other than clog up the system with more notes and paperwork. It can take a while to get payout from Barclays/BC due to how much of a backlog they have and in the past it was rare (and hardly fair really) for someone to get a queue jump in the payments system. Easiest thing to do is just be patient and it'll eventually pop up.

That's not the issue. It is that after their full and final offer (which they should have checked before offering,) I have accepted and they have recorded. they have not paid out in the 28 days their letter says they will. They now tell say its under review , and has been for last 3 weeks, and the numbers are different ,they cannot tell me when it will be resolved , and I get a different story each time I call..

This is not queue jumping, it is about telling customers redress will be paid within 28 days and they know that it won't, Barclays will drag it out as long as they can, how hard can it be to raise a cheque or press a button to do Bacs?, the email to CEO does get their !!!!!! in gear, this has been proven many times on this site, why they give a date for payment and then can't make it is beyond me, why not just say "between now and 3 months"?, at least customers will know they won't get it any time soon and if they get it faster then it is a bonus.

about my PPI as I had sent Barclays the paperwork 4 or 5 times and they kept saying they had not got it - I also asked why they had promised to pay claims that had been submitted before March 2012 - I got a reply straight away to turn my claim down, I have now sent it to the ombudsman
    Titch :)
