Any tips as to how to fit the blue paddle wma62sin the drum?

I thought it was an easy matter of somehow slotting it into the slots, but it aint working!

Do I need to get a repair person in? I dread having to pay almost £90 pounds on call-0ut/fixing if avoidable.
