Foxit PDF Email has gone missing...?

Hi to everyone, and thanks for reading past the strange title! Briefly I need help as my son (19) has just finished his studies and has put in an online application for JSA via the gov. website. All went well, until he viewed his completed application on the screen using Foxit Reader (version 5.1 I think). He decided to e-mail the form to himself instead of printing it, so used the e-mail button at the top of the Foxit page. The mail popped up with the PDF attached, and was sent using my default e-mail address as the sender, to his address. Unfortunately the e-mail hasn't arrived in either our Windows Mail or in his Sky mail account. It shows in our Windows Mail Set folder as being sent from my mail account to his correct e-mail address, but it just hasn't arrived. I'm concerned as his NI number plus other personal details were on there and I keep getting slightly panicked that it's somehow been received somewhere and his information is going to be stolen. We have up to date Norton software, and run a full scan then auto shut down each evening. Our browser is Google. We are on Sky broadband, but they couldn't help when I explained to them. Can anyone help at all please? Grateful thanks, Sarah.

Just a thought, but are you sure it hasn't been moved into a 'Spam' folder or maybe the trash by the email Spam guard? You can lose a loose goose.
You cannot loose a lose goose.
Get it? Now use it before you lose it.
or - Try using it - not losing it.

Thanks Gyro - no, I've looked in all te mail folders and it's nowhere - only a copy in my 'sent' folder. I'm just worried it's been sent somewhere for the info to be used fraudulently. Thanks for your reply though.0
