Sent my Esa claim in almost 3 weeks ago............

Hi, i sent my form in 3 weeks ago on 23rd of june, today i have recieved a queationairre from atos but i still havnt rrcieved any word from the esa people or any money. Is there a hold up? is it normal to recieve the wuestionairre first? I ask because i thought it was normal to recieve money first and the questionairre after about 13 weeks?!?! Im stuck for money and need to know how much longer till i can at least revieve a payment, can anyone help me with this please? Would be much appreciated.

    have u got an up to date sick note in? if yes then ring up and ask for an emergency payment

    Yes i sent a sick note in with the application. Just confused as to why i havnt been paid yet. Was wonderimg if amyone knew tge possible reasons for this.

    how long was the sick note for?

    its up 2 8 weeks per application to sort out onto the system ring them and ask them for same day emergency payment

    u can get the questionairre anytime after the application been made

    The sick note was for around 10 weeks i believe, i backdated it from may 17th as thats when i was told to backdate it from.

    yes, not sure about payment i would ring them up they can speed up progress and do an same day payment for you coz u got everything up 2 date

    everything should be backdated from 17th may.

    Ring them early between 8-9am best time 2 ring they get given up 14 days to recieve the claim, you can get a same day payment just ask them

    Thank you tina. Do i ring the claim line or my local claims office?
  • Are you going from SSP to ESA? If so you might need form SSP1 perhaps? If not then I guess you need to ring them.
