Councils/ppc/ Bpa want more cash.

I was listening to londons LBC radio early hours monday morning, one of there topics was parking fines/charges, they were saying that councils/BPA/Ppcs are asking the government to allow them to increase the price of parking tickets,there reason for this is that the current charges dont deter moterists at all from parking incorrectly, the radio presentor thinks differently.......they just want more CASH.
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:
