Hi i got a prime mastercard. i went to the post office who topped it up £132.00. they are refusing to activate the card on the telephone and ask the retailer, i spoke to the retailer who phoned them up and they still not budgeting and saying they cant activate the card on there end
what can i do to get my £132 back or even get the card sorted

Activation & registrationActivation ... is only required for cards delivered by post and this is explained below.
....Cards purchased in retailer stores are activated by the retailer when swiped at the EPOS, they do not need any activation after that.0 -
the shop did not have epos system and gave me the card so i topped it up anyway i can sort this ouyt as i throught once you got it from the reatiler its works0
