    Fizog - an old sink would be nice but they seem quite pricey

    Old terracotta chimney pots look lovely planted with trailing petunias etc.

    Also, depending how quirky you like your planters, I have seen an old loo pan re-employed as a planter - looked quite impressive stuffed with geraniums! :D

    I've just got loads from Ikea 28cm inside diameter for £1.79 each.

    They're called KRUKAN if you want to look them up on the Ikea website.
