HSBC payment time

HSBC claimants: although the letters from HSBC inform that any settlements pay within 4 weeks, are most people finding this is the case? On average, how quickly are they paying the settlements out after confirming the settlement amount?

Actual days from receipt of acceptance.
Bear in mind it also takes a good few days for the acceptance letter to be scanned onto your file. I sent mine on a Saturday, it was only actioned the following Thurs then the 19 days kicked in

HSBC have told me that they received my acceptance on the 9th and that any payments would be made within 21 days so it's just a waiting game. Ho hum! 0
