Rentchecks.com - What do they check?

Had to fill in this application form to apply for house...

Was in girlfriend name as she earns more than me, her credit rating is perfect. Added me into application form as just my name in the "additional tenant" bit, with a 50% rent share. No details from me were required.
They say they credit check, but I believe it's just CCJ, is this correct?
I have a few defaults in my file see:-(
However, off only my name on that (all they asked for) they may not check me out then!
Landlord only wanted 1 form filling in as well.

Well if they only have your name I fail to see how they can do any credit check.
However, if in doubt, just ring them and ask 0845 095 00550 -

That's cool.
Even so, the landlord just said CCJ's really, and I've heard that non-account reporting people can only have access to the public register, which only shows CCJ's and other things, my score on that is top.
With regards to credit check they had full details off my girlfriend.0
