See if you can save by getting a cheaper part off the 'bay and find a cheaper indie garage :beer:Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

the trouble with indy garages is some of them are utter botch up plebs. I wouldn't trust any of them around here. I can see the predicament the OP is in. It will either be a case of find a cheap indy that is trustworthy or wait.Oh, you wee bazza!0

I feel your pain Chunx!
I think cars are the one major uncertainty when it comes to your bankruptcy & trying to plan a budget
We have been in a similar situation as you with cars, but fortunately I was able to borrow from my parents to pay for the repairs, otherwise I would have to have used a credit card.
We save every month, but when the car fails an MOT on wear & tear item's and you need it for work, what else can you do but borrow to get the work done?0 -
Thanks watcher27 :-)
Things in life are never that simple and can't be looked at in black and white so thanks for your post. :beer:0
