Anyone know which company is best for giving out big BT limit? I already have a barclaycard (gave me £11k last time), any other card give out around £10k limit?
Credit limits tend to be based on a combination of your income, your level of debt, and your level of available credit, rather than the card provider.
Having said that Barclaycard and also MBNA are quite good with their limits, although MBNA are quite strict. Is not Aqua completely operated by HBOS?
I got a call from Halifax with regard to my PPI compensation claim with Aqua?
They used to be yes but they operate independently now.
It may be that the PPI your claiming back was at the time provided by HBOS as that's who operated the card until recently.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

I appreciate this. Barclaycard was willing to give me a big enough credit suggesting that banks are happy to give me such limit. Just needed to know who else will be happy to do so.
MBNA, does that include Fluid as that seems to be offering a long 0% deal currently. Or the big limit is generally when you apply through MBNA themselves?0 -

Don't know about fluid. But Virgin (from MBNA) have the same length 0% and they always seem to be pretty generous with limits if they accept you.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
