eBay Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I wonder if someone can help. Basically to cut a long story short I brought 2 x Tablets from a business seller on eBay back in January.
6 Weeks after purchasing them they started to go wrong, I contacted the seller who said to return them and they would repair them.
I did as they requested and never heard anymore, I contacted the seller who said they had received them and were looking at them.
Then about 2 months later they said that one had a cracked screen and they couldn't investigate it until it was repaired which would cost me £25.
I obviously questioned why this wasn't mentioned previously and had only just been mentioned.
Now I am getting no response from the seller & eBay have said that there is nothing more that they can do other than e-mail the seller asking them to get in contact with me
What can I do next?
Any help please????

You're outside the 45 days for eBay to help, so you're stuffed on that front.0

Write to the sellers address0

Write to the seller with a letter before action giving them 14 days to issue a refund, otherwise you will take them to court for your refund.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
If its worth the cost a letter before action and the small claims court.
