Hi have come int some money £10,000 I do not have any debts so can invest it all. What is the best thing to do with it, I will be wanting to use it for a deposit for a morgage in about 6 months

Stick it in the highest paying savings account, if it's just for 6 months.
If you pay income tax, then you could consider a cash ISA, if you haven't already used your allowance.Debbie0
