Method & cost of entry:

It might be me being a bit thick (wouldn't be the first time!) but can I just clarify something in the rules, if anyone on here knows it'd be a great help.

It says you can enter 3 times per phone number. So, technically does that mean I could enter 3 times each using my mobile, land line and bf's mobile number, a total of 9 times? I just don't want to get disqualified for cheating, but would absolutely love this prize so want to maximise my chances of winning! Any help muchly appreciated, and sorry for wasting your time if this is an obvious question!

yes it's 3 entries per phone number. Some people use multiple phone numbers. I personally just use the one number. Good luck!!

Yep, some of us conveniently enter 9 times (or any other multiple of 3) per ITV comp these days, and no, there is no problem of disqualification for people who are not "abusing the system" (if you won £10,000 and turned out to be using all 236 phones in your office building, it might be looked upon differently...)
