wall hung oil filled radiator advice please

We are looking to purchase a couple of radiators for a one bed flat that we rent out. Whilst we dont want to spend a fortune, we do want to make sure that they will be efficient and economical to run. The flat does not have a gas supply.

It is only a small flat but doesnt get much sun (even in the current climate!). We dont want free standing ones as tenants in the past have said that the ones supplied have broken and they have had to replace so have kept them when they moved out! If they had told us, we would have replaced them ourselves obviously.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

All electric heaters of the same kw cost exactly the same to run, so as well as oil filled, you could consider convector heaters, which can also be wall hung, or simple panel radiators.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

No electric heater of any kind on single rate tariff is 'economic to run'. It's the most expensive way to heat any property.
They all have the same effciency: 100%. So just buy the cheapest.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
