Prime Location Ashes Competition
Terms and Conditions

The PrimeLocation Ashes competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.
PrimeLocation ('the Promoter') employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entering.
The competition will be hosted on an application on PrimeLocation's Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/primelocation
For those entering the competition from their mobile, the prize draw will be hosted on https://www.primelocation.com/ashes
The prize for two people includes a pair of tickets (Days 1-4) for a selected Ashes Test in Australia during the 2013/14 Winter Tour, return economy flights, accommodation for up to seven nights (double or twin bedroom) and £500 spending money.
Only entrants who answer the question correctly will be entered into the prize draw.
One entry per person.
The competition will open at 0900 on Wednesday 10 July 2013 and close at 0000 on Sunday 25 August 2013.
The winner will be selected at random from the full list of entrants on Friday 30 August 2013. The winner will be contacted via email on the same day. In the event that the promoter or its agent is unable to contact the winner, a second email will be sent on Monday 2 September. If there is still no response after 48 hours, a new winner will be selected at random from the original prize draw entry list. They will be contacted by email and if there is no response within 48 hours, another new winner will be drawn. This will continue until contact has been made with a winner.
As per the terms stated, the winner must be at least 18 years old on the date of entry. They will be allowed to take a friend or family member who is aged below 18 years of age.
In order to claim their prize, the winner and the person they have chosen to accompany them will be required to prove their age and residence by providing a copy of their passport. Both must have a passport valid for 6 months from the closing date of the competition.
No cash equivalent or alternative product will be an option. PrimeLocation reserves the right to change the prize at any time without any prior notice.
If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries.
By participating in this prize draw, you agree and hereby grant the Promoter permission to publish the name of the winner on Facebook and on PrimeLocation.com. If you are the prize winner, you also agree that the Promoter may want you to participate in promotion and media interviews in relation to the competition.
