Black Horse loan

Need a bit of advice here.
In 2009 I signed a credit agreement with black Horse.I managed to pay off a lump sum of it and continued to make the regular monthly payments therefore settling the loan early. Included in these payments was ppi.
My question is have I paid them ppi that want necessary being as I paid it off early. Sorry hope that makes sense.
I no longer have the policy details but I have written to them with all the information I have to request a copy of my payment details.
Also the salesman that sold me the ppi wasn't expert in the selling of ppi so could I claim mis-sold ppi ?

Nothing you've said suggests any wrongdoing, wait and see what they say when they reply..0

If it was single premium, make a complaint.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

It most certainly will be Single Premium.
A loan on the loan to term end with interest and if you settled early you got a rebate of the PPI off the balance of the loan..........and you paid the remaining PPI back in the settlement figure.0 -
I've got a feeling it was a single premium I paid, but tbh it was such a long time ago I cant be sure until they get back to me with my payment details. I also understand that financial companies keep records for six years. As I no longer have the policy details I assume I am right in thinking they should still have a record of everything ?0

It's recommended they keep records for 6 years, but they can destroy them when they are no longer necessary.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
