hi
i am wanting two new monitors both an on the same graphics card , 2 dvi connections.
one will be directly in front of me on the desk and the other to the left of it , probably at a 45 degree angle.
The monitors will be used for every day office tasks such, as ms office , email, browsing etc.
is it worth paying the extra for ones with IPS?, would it make much difference for the tasks i am doing?.
If so what should i go for need 24"
Would a couple of these monitors without IPS be fine?

Is it has to be 24" ? Personally think there won't be much difference between 22" and 24"
Argos having LG IPS 22" for £90

BTW, for what you are doing, I don't see necessary for IPS.0 -
Screen real estate is king, I successfully ran 2 x 24" non IPS monitors for 5 years and had no issues with colour calibration or poor viewing angles. TBH its not that much of an issue unless your a design professional and requite truly accurate displays.
I now run two 27" monitors both IPS and havent noticed that much in the way of improvement other than more screen real estate. I am considering swapping to a single 50" monitor but am undecided as of yet.0
