Well about the disabled students allowance I have already started my course which is foundation degree in multimedia will I still be able to get it and have broken up from college until September now and aren’t back until then.0

Foundation degrees are level 4 qualifications so EMAs and ALGs are irrelevant. Are you getting your maintenance grant as well as your maintenance loan or is your parent's income too high for this? This page will give you information on the Disabled Students' Allowance.

Although you may have finished classes, are you sure that your year has officially ended? 5 June is very early for the academic year to end. I don't know who you mean when you say they aren't back until September but academic staff will still be around and administrative staff will work through the summer.0 -
Sorry I mean I have broken up and will be back in September when I start the second year so is there any point in applying for it.
I think i will have to repay my fees but arnt too sure will have to find out.0 -

I have received a grant for my course that I don’t have to pay back so am I still eligible.0 -
Are you doing the course full or part time? If part time then you'll have received a grant which covers the fees (with a bit over); if you're full time you will have taken out a loan for the fees and there's a maintenance loan available to you as well in addition to the maintenance grant (that you don't pay back).0

The course is full time.0 -
So you've received a maintenance grant because of your parents' income and, I assume you've taken out your loan for the fees unless you have savings? Have you taken out the maintenance loan? You'll be unable to get help from your college's hardship funds if you haven't taken out the maintenance loan available to you. If you haven't applied for this you have up to 9 months from the starting date of your course to apply. You may have just enough time to apply now if you haven't already.
It might be easier to offer help if you were a bit more forthcoming with information. At the moment it's a bit like pulling teeth!0 -
