Just a cautionary note especially on sale items. I phoned to find out status of order from the main sale and a very nice Scottish chap confirmed that all items were out of stock and apologised that I hadn't been contacted. He let on that this situation is very common and that the website or order system has a bug which means that it can seem as if an item is available when it isn't. His tip for future orders was to put an order for over 10 of the item into your basket to see if you get an error message. If there are less than 10 registered as available the item is probably really out of stock. It's all a bit ridiculous - but he did credit my account with £10 as an apology so I straightaway ordered some more towels like the rest of you.

I got a real bargain by ordering the 3 for 2 towel bales yesterday.

Even though they're showing as £7.50 each on the site there's 20% off Homeware at the moment and a 10% code that I found on this site also worked so ended up with 3 bales for £11.75 - which includes £3.50 postage. So in reality 3 bales for £8.25!!

To be honest I'm not quite sure how it all worked out but they charged me £11.75 so I'm pleased with that.

And actually will be cheaper as I'll get money back on Quidco and paid with a credit card that also gives me money back.

Am now sorting out all my old towels to go to Wildlife Aid in Leatherhead.

That's probably what happened with the hand towels I tried to order..when I went to checkout it then said I had no items in my basket.....went through it all again and couldn't find the 25p hand towels

£12.50! Amazing! If you get the 3 towel bales, it is well worthwhile obtaining a few more bits, have a search, to get it up to £30. I got mine to £30 exactly with bits I need. I got:
3 x Brushed Metal photo frames (£3)
3 x Towel Bales (£22.50)
1 x 5 piece non-stick kitchen set (£2.50)
1 x Ceramic tumbler (£2)

That got it to £30, then it removed £17.50 off the order with all the discounts and the 10% code, meaning an overall saving of over 58% Superb, thanks to the original poster! :T Oh and 5% quidco, meaning it came to less than £12
