Marks and Spencer cheap essential towels - from £1.60!

I had some items missing when order arrived too. I was actually charged the correct amount - then it was immediately refunded - meanwhile I had message that there was a problem with my card, and the order shows on website as not yet delivered and at a higher price. Make sense of that one!

I don't think the kettle is going to be delivered at all, and I do not know when the bath mats will arrive. I think I will just cancel everything and start somewhere else, unless anyone else has any suggestions.

I phoned up to complain that I had been charged shipping, when my original order was sufficient to qualify for free delivery. The kettle I had originally ordered seemed to have disappeared from my order without a trace. I have been given a refund of the shipping, and by way of apology, £10 has been credited to my account. Next time, I place an order, there will be an automatic discount of £10 - I have checked and this is correct.

I cancelled the balance of the order for 3 red bath mats, and when the towels arrive, presumably tomorrow, I will be taking them back - that is unless I happen to be in the office when they get delivered, in which case I will reject the delivery.
