RBS Key Account

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience of this account?
I applied a few days ago over the phone, and got all the info through yesterday. There is a form to sign and return, but doesnt ask for any ID. Does anyone know if this has already been credit checked? This is just the basic account by the way.
Does anyone know if they upgrade basic accounts after a while, based on how you run the account? Or is a full check required?
Any help would be apreciated.

Banks can be oddly picky!
NatWest is part of RBS so ...
The Key Account from RBS is a basic bank account so getting it shouldn't be a problem.
Have you tried calling them (giving your ref. number on any correspondance) to clarify the progress.Proudly Banking & Saving With:
