I have a pop up google email alert at bottom of screen, despite deleting and reading all mail, this keeps increasing the number of emails as unread. ie , now it tells me i have 120 unread eamils, but I dont !:(
any clues?
also, AOL- have tried everything to delete history trail, but it just wont work. I have followed the steps as given, many times over, but still no result. I have checked settings etc

On my tab (Samsung) the notification that appears is the email client that came on the tab not a gmail alert. Next time it appears press it and see if the client opens up.
On mine this clears the messages back to zero...
I could then delete the gmail info from the client I guess, but I quite like the notifications.0 -
mmm! will watch for it poppin up again, it pops down very fast lol0
