International transfer of funds

Hi
I am looking for advice on the best way to transfer euros to sterling on a regular basis. My husband works abroad and is paid in euro. We have an account in the uk and have now opened an account with them in IOM. This is where the funds will be paid into. I have been advised to use a company called Torfx. Has anyone used them before and if so what is your feedback. Also is there a better way of moving the money or even a decent bank account. We can currently transfer money between the accounts with no fees charged but the exchange rates are awful. If we transfer to any other bank etc then there is a charge.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
Thank you
