Pricing Drinks for fundraiser at school

I wonder if you can help I have some small bottles of fizzy water, J20s and cans of coke, also large bottles of coke to serve in a 25cl cup and I am doing the prices for a fundraiser at school.

Would anyone be able to let me know a reasonable price I could put on the drinks for selling.

first you need to work out the cost per 25cl cup - add on the cost of the disposable cups! (many people forget to do this) then adjust the cost to a 'reasonable' amount. as you have J2Os they normally cost much more so can generate a little more profit than generic cola. with the cans and fizzy water, take the cost price and add what you think is a reasonable profit. I do hope you got the drinks on sale or return - unless you can store the excess for the next event this is where profits often fail to materialise!

I'd charge 40-50p for a fizzy drink in a cup and 80p-£1 for a bottle/can, perhaps a bit more for a J2O. Squash in a cup is always popular, too, and a good money maker, I think we do it for 30p.
