"virtual reception and fone number" ?

anyone know where i can get a good "virtual reception" service that will answer fone calls, take messages, etc. will also need a "virtual" fone number (0207/0208/0845) as i wont have a BT line.

I've tried AllDayPA myself; good quality but can be a bit expensive. I am thinking of switching to MoneyPenny at present. By the way, switching is easy if the number you give out is not the number of the call-answering service itself but a personal number that can be re-directed.
