As stated above by another poster, go to the CAB. They will not only "help fill in the form" but will know from experience how best to transcribe what you say onto the form in such a way as to help you meet the criteria. They will also help you appeal against the original refusal decision. Have you spoken to anyone at school about this? Do you have a statement of special educational needs?0

Hi
Your condition means that like epilepsy if you faint you can fall and hurt yourself. Your anxiety attacks means you could actually come to harm in a crowded area near busy roads etc. You require someone with you in familiar places and strange places.
Your fainting in a road or public place even in the home could bring harm to yourself and others.
The same company who dealt with the ESA are now dealing with DLA.
I would ask a local advice centre to help and ask for a review first.
Listing why you believe an error was made. Then appeal against the decision. But do get a professional to do this. In the meantime ask for a review.0 -
DLA is not being dealt with by ATOS and I have no idea where you got that misinformation from.
PIP assessments are not for the most part being dealt with by ATOS either but by other companies, who are hiring private physiotherapists and some nursing pro's as well as some GP's to do this work. But even that at the moment is small scale as it has only just started.0 -

I have tried hormone therapy but unfortunately i am intolerant to the progesterone in them (Damn it, double shot there !) And i did try and focos on what i can do for example i can make a meal when im feeling ok instead of focusing on the bad times, I just hate moaning to strangers as i feel i make them feel bad
As soon as i go into town next when im feeling a little better I will pop into CAB and ask their advice on my form which ill be filling in next week with my moms assistance. I have also written up a list of how DLA has helped me get independence and how the money is spent so they can see how helpful it has been
I havnt had a miscarriage before but I have no plans too become a mother, I would like to adopt possibly but i know right now with all this going on i wouldnt be able to support a child how they would deserve. My doctor is currently testing for multiple sclerosis as i meet 90% of the side effects, but he said its just to tick that box off (Fingers crossed)
Thank you for all your advice, and hope you had a better experience0
