I have been searching for half an hour and cannot find anything that says when the night and day times are. Please somebody help me before I tear my hair out!! I presume they do this deliberately.
Thanks!

Nothing to do with Co-op, depends on your region.

P.S Don't forget an hour later on BST(British Standard Time)0 -
Varies a bit around the country, in my area ( S.Yorks ) its 12.30 am to 7.30 am in GMT , dropping back to 1.30 to 8.30 in BST. Thats assuming you have a modern digital meter with its built in timer, or radio teleswitch timer. If you have an old analogue timer , your cheap 7 hours could be anywhere within the 24 hour period as most are well away from the proper time. check the pointer at the bottom to see where its pointing to see what time it thinks it is0
