Icesave Cancellation

Is it possible to cancel future transactions? I have a transfer pending for 5th June which I need to cancel.

I don't have an Icesave account.

Why don't you try cancelling it and see whether the cancellation is accepted. I would have thought it should be possible as you will have given a clear day's notice.

There doesn't seem to be an option to cancel !

Yes there is option to cancel future transactions but you are too late for the 5th June. What you do is when veiwing your statement scroll down to future transactions and go to update view which should show you all your future transactions and select the one you want to cancel. I know this as I tried to cancel a day before it was going out and icesave told me that you have to cancel at least 4 days before the transaction date. I think this is a bit odd and told them so but they didn't agree they also said that they could not access my account to stop it for me as it's a internet account ( not sure why). So if anyone could shed more light on this it would be helpful.

If it's a transfer into the Icesave account, the direct debit instruction has to be sent to your bank 4 days before the transaction date. Transfers out of your Icesave account should, in theory, be able to be cancelled the working day beforehand, though.
