UKCPS Parking Ticket

Hi, I got a ticket from UKCPS on 13th April. I ignored it and then I received the NTK about a month later. I replied with a letter I found on one of these sites mentioning that they dont have the keepers name etc etc and we then got a letter in the post on the 28th June saying we need a POPLA code to take this further.
We then received a final notice yesterday saying we owe them £125 and it needs to be paid asap.

Where do I take it from here? The car park is privately owned and used between the business hours of 9 and 5.30 on weekdays. I actually use the car park slightly further down on the same street but as I was starting a new job and wasnt completely aware of where they meant, I parked in the wrong place. I got the ticket late on a Saturday night.
In my defence, they havent stipulated where the car was and there are 4 separate car parks on that road, theyve just stated the road name.

Any help would be appreciated.

Demand the POPLA code then, that's what you need to get this cancelled. Respond immediately by post, 1st class, and tell them that in their rejection letter they should have provided a POPLA code without you having to prompt for it.

Then come back here when you get the POPLA code as we can help with that appeal wording (not a short appeal, not to be written like a normal mitigation challenge!).
