early learning centre....

i bought my daughter an ollie octopus toy from the elc. after about a week i noticed that the filling was coming out from between the stitching and through the material of the legs. i took it back to the store and wanted to exchange it for another one. i checked all the ones they had in stock and they were all the same. i wasn't happy about it so i paid a bit extra and swapped it for another toy. the store were lovely and exchanged it with no problems.
however i emailed their h/o via the elc website 3 weeks ago to complain about the fact that a toy aimed at young babies had filling material coming out of it and i have still not had a reply from them, even if they sent any email to say thanks for contacting us etc i would have been happy but now it's got my goat that they haven't seen fit to say anything,

oh rant over..
