No. This is nothing to do with the shop. Your husband carelessly lost his wallet somewhere. It may or may not have been in the shop. Why would the shop want to claim on their insurance for your husband's carelessness, its got nothing to do with them.
he was careless yes but he lost it in their shop for sure we have been over his movements?:footie:0 -
OH did exactly the same : lost/left his wallet in Aldi.
He rang and cancel bank debit and credit card. However, American Express would not even speak to him as he was a secondary card holder on my account. I was in work, in lessons so he couldn't get hold of me. Just luck that no one used it.
BTW: he had forgotten the Sentinel Card Service!

If he has his receipt with till number and time on it phone the store manager and ask them as a courtesy would they check cctv for you to see if it shows what happened. Take it from there but don't start implying the shop is to blame. If it shows someone take it then pass the info on to the police. Don't think you are going to be likely to recover the money now though.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0
