Put in WRAG - How to Appeal?

Hi,
After being on Incapacity Benefit for 5/6 years, I have been reassessed due to changeover to ESA and put in the 'WRAG' group.
This is not the group I should be in and the fact that I am in it is not helping me, it's making my illness worse through stress.
I've been told by the Jobcentreplus advisor that I've seen, that I can appeal this decision and ask to be put in the 'support' group and that 'you don't need a form to do it'.
This was over the phone so I've looked at the DWP/Gov.uk websites and can't seem to find any info. about the appeal process re. WRAG.
Can anyone shed any light on what I have to do to appeal or point me in the right direction for the appropriate info.?
I don't really want to give loads of detail on my health/illness or discuss which group I should be in and why, this is just a question about the appeal process.
Thank you.

Have you read the descriptors - do you meet the criteria for the Support Group?
You can appeal using a GL24 form, or you can write a letter stating you wish to appeal.0 -
A good explanation here:
