Hi all,
Just found this out, apologies if its been posted already.
There's now new rules to protect us customers from rogue claims firms.
gov.uk/government/news/new-rules-to-protect-customers-from-rogue-claims-firms
So now its no signature, no contract. As it should be!
Good news I think you'd all agree.
There's also a nice list of those firms which are under investigation:
claimsregulation.gov.uk/enforcement.aspx
This might seem strange for my 1st post but I thought it important!
Can't post links due to being new to stop spammers. Rightly so.
You'll just have to cut, paste and add the www bit!
