Please read these Terms & Conditions before entering the competition. By entering the competition you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
The Christmas Markets Break competition will run from Monday 8th July 2013 through to Friday 25th October 2013.
1. PROMOTER: Westfalia UK Ltd., Suite 102, St Albans House, St Albans Road, Stafford, ST16 3DP. United Kingdom.
2. There will be one prize winner, who will win a 6 day (5 night) tour, for 2 people (sharing a double room) of the Nuremberg, Bamberg and Wurzburg Christmas markets with Leger Holidays, departing the UK on Tuesday 10th December 2013.
3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, but excluding employees or agents of the Promoter or its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies, or anyone else connected to the competition and their immediate family. Entries sent via agents or third parties will not be accepted. Only one entry per household will be accepted.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition, but all entrants must provide an email address to enter.
5. Entries must be submitted by use of the online entry form available at www.westfalia-automotive.co.uk
6. Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost or incomplete entries, and entries that do not comply with these rules or applicable law.
7. All entries must be received by Friday 25th October 2013. The winning entry will be selected randomly by the Promoter from all correct and complete entries received. The selection by the Promoter will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Full travel documentation including details of hotel(s), itinerary and departure time etc will be sent to the winner approximately 10 days prior to the departure date.
9. The winner will be responsible for the cost of joining the coach from their chosen pick up point.
10. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance.
11. The winner should have an up to date passport or suitable travel documents for travelling through countries within the EC.
12. Westfalia will not be responsible for any additional costs which may result from upgraded or additional meals etc.
13. The selected entrant will receive confirmation via e-mail that he/she has won a prize on or before Friday 1st November 2013. The prize winner must reply to that e-mail within 7 days of the Promoter sending it, or risk forfeiting the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to select another prize winner if such reply is not received, and the Promoter shall have no liability to previously selected prize winners who have not replied as specified above.
14. The prize is transferable up to a value of £978. The winner will have to pay the extra costs of a more expensive trip and there will be no refund if it's a cheaper trip.
15. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The prize must be taken by 31/12/2013. No cash alternative is available for the prize. In the unlikely event that the prize should become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
