Every year for the past 5 years I have travelled to the UK at least twice a year. Each time I always hire a car from various car hire companies. for the very 1st time - I chose SIXT car hire in Dec 2012.. so the saga begins: when i picked up the car, SIXT Car rental told me that it was a brand new car - as of yet…

You will have a fight on your hands as most hire car companies have it in their t&Cs about reclaiming their costs from clients through their plastic with the, "customer not present" option. Best of luck and get on the social networking sites with your complaint. Every big company wants to be seen to be using this new media and they have teams scrutinising it daily.
