Headlamp adjustment - Audi A3

Hi guys

I need your help.

We are driving to the Netherlands in my Audi A3 (company car) and I believe that to adjust my headlamps I need to go to an Audi dealer that will charge about £140 to adjust them.
Does anyone know if it is possible to adjust them myself? My car is an '04 model.

An alternative is sticking them stickers on the lights.... Do we get them at the port or can we get them at Halfords or similar?

Cheaper option is the stickers then you can just rip them off when you get back.

Halfords should have them yeah.
