euro titanium pre paid card

just discovered that they have taken 7.50 euro off my pre paid debit card for dormancy, can they do that, had put cash on it and not used it for 6 months, the debit card is valid for three years, so thought that I could top it up just when going abroad each time. My husband noticed it as he was looking on line to see how much was on his one, and saw that they have taken it out twice, want to know whether this is allowed, what chances have we got to go into the shop here to sort it out, is there another one which won't suddenly take your own money out of your pre paid cards??:mad::mad::mad::mad:

I think the question in there somewhere was whether they charge a dormancy fee.
Yes, assuming it is in the t&cs.0 -

Yes its covered in the terms and conditions that the OP clearly hasn't bothered to read. Just use the card to buy a tesco value tin of beans once every few months. Not all that difficult really.0
