    Does TomTom (or any other satnav for that matter) actually anticipate slow moving traffic and re-route you around it. As I've said elsewhere on the forum, we had a crappy journey back from Venice (and getting there wasn't too clever either) - but had a wry smile at the number of vehicles in a similar predicament who had satnav on the dash!

    Also - the last two years we've had virtually hold up free trips to Perpignan (via the Millau Viaduct)

    So I'd like to say how much I appreciate the French toll roads. When sitting in the queues on the crumbling German autobans (most of which do have speed limits these days!) I longed for being able to switch on the cruise control and see the miles fly by, passing through central France.
