PERGO flooring problems.

In Novermber we had Pergo flooring fitted throughout our livingroon, diningroom, hall and cloakroom.
It has been lifted twice in the livingroom due to flaws. As a result our new wooden skirting board resembles a dart board.
We agreed to live with a small flaw in the hall as it would have meant a LOT of work to uplift, as the fitting started in the livingroom and ran through into the hall.
Now the flooring in the cloakroom has started to lift and blister (yes it is/was meant to have sealant done due to the nature of the room).
The company who supplied and fitted are sending someone out to look at it.
If/when it is replaced my toilet will have to come out and some (very) expensive tiling work might be effected.
I expect the company to pay the expense.
However would I/ could I be within my rights to ask them to lift the whole bl@@dy lot and just refund me the cost of the flooring and fitting?
The reason being, no water has EVER been allowed to sit on the flooring and we are VERY careful as to how it is cleaned.
I really cannot understand how the blistering has come about. I suspect no sealant has been put down. But find it scary that it has blistered so easily and worry about the hall which takes some pounding with four adults.

Did you refuse the sealing when it was offered?0

No we were advised to get sealant for the cloakroom and this was paid for. I now question if it was ever done.0
