Just to let everyone know after getting rejected in august 2012, I had the case re opened in june 2013. One email to david Nicholson and a week later a refund of £8600 awaiting cheque.
never give up especially if you get rejected first time round and ignore people when they say don't challenge the banks if you get rejected first time or 2nd time. its your money go get it:j:j
