MySurvey Survey problems.

Several weeks and many complaints later.....they ask for the survey numbers, I supply them but still they don't do anything about it!!
I can't believe that so many people are having these issues and they are ignoring them !
Still no luck with the food diary.
Did anyone do the Stacking potato product one where they said you would get 250extra points for using the web cam? Apparently these points are added up to 4 weeks later ...hmm we will see!

The 'exciting news' seems to be an invite to join MySurvey Connect, another of these things that gives you points for letting a programme run on your computer. After previous experience of my laptop slowing right down with one of these apps running, I'm not going there.

I haven't received the food diary points or an answer to my email asking about them. Definitely won't waste my time doing one of those again.

Yes, the food diary thing is annoying. I seem to remember one part of the survey just went on and on and on too, I thought it was never going to end!

I stopped doing them for all but a few very trusted sites for that exact reason. I was tired of wasting time and effort and never receiving the promised payment for it.

One particularly annoying thing was having to watch a 60 minute video, which I did, only for there to be an error at the very end, after answering the final question and pressing the submit button. I emailed them about it and kept receiving the stock answer, which went something like: "Sorry you have experienced problems. This survey is closed now. Please continue answering other surveys." No thanks. :mad:

Recently I was short changed 400 points for a survey. I e-mailed them and they replied to tell me that the 250 points were credited in May...! Pssht.

On the plus side my surveys are back after the longest break ever

I emailed them again about the food diary points yesterday, told them I was aware of many other people who hadn't had the points and suggesting they never had any intention of paying out - lo and behold, today the points have appeared in my account!

Thanks so much CuddlesTC my 750 points are there too! incidentally did anyone get the same invite via GTM too - obviously I didn't complete both and chose mysurvey but just wondered whether the GTM version took as long to credit?
